Resort Description:
Guests at Swiss Mountain Village enjoy nature at its best all year. The comfortable and rustic accommodations are in Swiss-style chalets or rough-hewn log cabins. Each unit has a kitchen, washer/dryer, cable television, and a stone fireplace with gas logs. There are phones on-site, but none in the units. The resort offers a stocked trout lake for fishing. Swiss Mountain Village is located just off the Blue Ridge Parkway, one mile from Blowing Rock and six miles from Boone. In winter, a vehicle with four-wheel drive is necessary.
